All Season Crockpot Stew

½ head chopped cabbage (or 3c. mixed cruciferous vegetables of choice)
2 large carrots chopped
2 large stalks of celery chopped
1 large onion chopped
1 small sweet potato
8 mushrooms (preferably medicinal) sliced
6 large tomatoes
2-4 oz of firm tofu diced (optional)
1 clove of garlic chopped
2 cups red kidney beans or chickpeas, or black beans or 1-19 oz can rinsed and
drained (optional)
¼ cup dried seaweed chopped (wakame, hijiki,
kombu etc)
1 tsp. turmeric
1-2 T of chili powder
½ cup purified water

Place all items in slow cooker and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours.

Place desired amount into your bowl and top with 1 T ground flax seed.

Slop up juices with sprouted bread and ghee or organic butter (optional)
