• ½ Cup frozen Pineapple
• 5 Leaves Mint
• ½ Lime, squeezed
• 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
• 1 Tablespoon NutriBullet Protein Blend+ or use a high quality vegan blend such as Sun Warrior, Vega One or Progressive Harmonized Vega protein.
• 1 Cup pure Coconut Water – no additives – read labels as some coconut waters contain added ingredients.
